Framework

At Paladin we recognise the importance of good corporate governance practices. These positively influence the way we do business, our communications and interactions with stakeholders. To maintain high standards, we have a governance framework in place (pictured below). This includes policies and practices to ensure that we are not only compliant with good governance principles, but that we also meet stakeholder expectations.

Paladin complies with the fourth edition of the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations. Our corporate governance practices for the year ended 30 June 2023 are outlined in our 2023 Corporate Governance Statement, located in the link below.
